Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance to free up your spot for those who may be waiting. Please bring all event specific shoes and undergarments to your fitting. Your appointment my be cancelled or rescheduled if you do not have your shoes and we are marking lengths. If you are more than 10 mins late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be asked to reschedule.
